A lot of investors face difficulty and confusion at the beginning of their investment journey. They usually tend to take adhoc financial decisions by blindly listening to rumours, gossips and some indirect market tips which eventually regrets the investor. 

I personally experienced difficulty and was driven by such  rumors because of which I also made wrong decisions. So this mistake inspired and motivated me to guide my fellow Wealth Web Family to take the appropriate financial decisions and not thinking that investing is a wrong decision. 

So on 30th December 2020 right before the new year starts I took a personal oath of educating as many as I can through the medium of Wealth Web Blogs. Therefore these blogs are just an attempt to increase the knowledge which can help investors in taking rational decision.

WHY ONE SHOULD INVEST IN MUTUAL FUNDS

It is a known fact that Indians have vested their trust in Fixed Deposits as it is considered safe as capital invested doesn’t fluctuate and the maturity value is predetermined due to fixed rate of interest during the time of investment. These fixed deposit provides rate of interest just over the prevailing rate of inflation. More-over if the interest earned from these fixed deposit is withdrawn for consumption, the capital invested will gradually lose its purchasing power, although the principal amount will remain intact. The other investment options which Indians also rely the most is investment in Public Provident Fund (‘PPF’) and Post Office Deposits. Undoubtedly these investments are safe but it has failed to beat inflation and provide the real returns.
